By using the Jalitaka website (jalitaka.best) and mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Jalitaka.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Jalitaka and all its registered users. Jalitaka reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time, and notice of any changes will be posted on the website before they take effect.

• Jalitaka operates under an international gaming licence.
• This service is available to citizens and residents of Bangladesh
• Access to the platform may be restricted from certain countries or regions.
• The Bengali version of the terms and conditions shall be considered the master document

To register with Jalitaka, you must provide accurate and complete information. Jalitaka reserves the right to close any account opened with incorrect or false information, at any time.

• Each individual may open one account only — creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity is strictly prohibited
• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential
• If unauthorized access to your account is detected, contact Support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number provided at registration will be verified

To update any information provided at registration, please contact the support team. Some changes may require additional verification. Jalitaka reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until the user's name, mobile number, and date of birth have been verified.

Jalitaka currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There are no service charges on deposits — the full amount you send is credited to your wallet.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300
• Withdrawals must always be made through the same payment method used for the deposit
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your account's VIP level.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first.

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If a deposit doesn't come through, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Most issues are resolved within 2 hours.

Jalitaka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and free spins. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• Bonuses come with a specific wagering requirement (e.g., 15x, 20x) — meaning you must bet 15 or 20 times the bonus amount before you can make a withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once its validity period expires
• Some games may not count 100% toward bonus wagering — slots generally count at 100%, while Live Casino and Sports Betting may contribute at a different rate.

• If a technical error occurs at the time odds are published, Jalitaka reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Odds may change during live betting due to server delays — the odds displayed at final confirmation will be the ones that apply
• Minimum bet amounts may vary depending on the market
• Jalitaka reserves the right to decline any bet that appears unusually large or follows a suspicious pattern

Jalitaka's bet settlement rules follow international standards. In the event of any dispute over a result, Jalitaka's decision is final — however, you always have the option to raise an objection with support.

Jalitaka offers Live Casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) as well as slots. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for all games is set by the game provider and independently verified

Jalitaka reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Allowing a third party to use your account
• Participating in collusion or match fixing
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Submitting false documents during KYC verification

Jalitaka always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, server maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Jalitaka is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection
• If delays occur due to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad), Jalitaka will make every effort to assist but cannot guarantee a specific timeframe
• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws when using Jalitaka
• Any dispute arising under these Terms will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
• Jalitaka operates in accordance with the regulations of its licensing authority as the applicable governing law.
